Just wanting to share some things that are really random and decided to make a new seasonal thing where we look I what I’m currently…
Reading: The One Hundred Years of Lenni and Margot by Marianne Co Going to start Thanks, Help, Wow by Anne Lamott and looking forward to Why I Jump by and Mr. Dickens and His Carol by Follow me on Good reads for all my reading and reviews. Kindle Oasis reading For the Wolf
Watching: Succession! Chris and I love this show so much and this latest season is fantastic. Also a lot of sports and Harper and I watch Project Runway together while the boys are at basketball.
Listening: I enjoyed laughing at me Spotify recap. It is very obvious I carpool 10 year olds. I also have been enjoying the Live Free Creative Podcast and her planning series for the new year. House in Cerulean Sea by TJ Klune is my latest audio book. Chris read this earlier this year and liked it.
Making: My upcoming projects include: Christmas Pajamas, another Patina Blouse, a Red Dress, and using my Destashify Fabric. Finished my Knit Collage Poncho and am knitting some more hats for Christmas Presents.
Feeling: Slow and introspective. I’ve been leaning into scaling back a bit and it’s been nice during this busy time of year. I’ve also started up my yoga practice again, I love Yoga with Adrienne.
Planning: The only Black Friday shopping I did was to buy a bunch of patterns from Style Arc. After my Bob Pants I’m excited to try some more of their patterns! I also purchased some gorgeous velvet and viscose from Rainbow Fabrics and have dreams of a Gucci inspired suit in the future!
Loving: As winter approaches I’ve been trying to embrace the changing of the seasons. While I don’t love it getting dark at 4:30pm, I’m trying to focus on ways to get cozy and slow down. So far, getting cocoa and reading our Advent book together has been a nice way to end our days as a family.
