Spring/Summer Makes Round Up!

Here is (just about) everything I made this past spring and summer! I think there are around 25 pieces, plus a few things for the kids, plus a hell of a lot of masks.

I have found that sewing projects are great for me as a little escape from the horribleness that is 2020. I love that there is a beginning, middle, and end to each project. I love that I have to focus on the task at hand and keeping my hands busy means my brain is busy and not worried about all the things.

I know I’m incredibly privileged. My family is healthy and safe. My husband has a stable job that provides for us. We live in a beautiful part of the world where getting outside is easy and fun. I am thankful for all of this and for this hobby. I’m so glad I started blogging and vlogging again as the connection to the creative community online has really gotten me through this year. Thank you for following me along and I hope to have a lot more good stuff to share through the end of the year!
